Trinity Medical Centre is looking for volunteers to help in our busy surgery in central Wakefield. Are you wanting to progress onto a career in the healthcare industry? Or do you have some free time you would like to fill doing something rewarding? Why not come along to our open evening on the 5th of June 2018 and find out how you could help.

Why Should I Volunteer?
  • Help support the practice in being a welcoming and accessible environment
  • Gain work experience, enhance your CV and develop interpersonal skills
  • Turn your spare time into something fulfilling
What Qualities Do I Need?
  • Initiative
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • A positive and helpful attitude
  • Commitment and organisation
What Does It Include?
  • Guiding patients around the surgery and answering any FAQ’s
  • Promoting information on awareness days and events
  • Aiding in the running of Social Activities
How Much Time Will I Need to Give?

As much as you can! We understand that life is hectic, however if you could spare just one afternoon a month, that’s enough to make a difference. We won’t put any pressure on you to commit to a regular time or day.
