TMC is asking all patients to submit their requests for GP appointments online using an online consultation or place the request on a list via your Airmid or NHS account with details of what the request is for. For patients who do not have online access, they can call the surgery on the usual number, and we will take the details of the request on the phone.
All requests will be processed on the day and booked for telephone consultations with the most appropriate member of our primary care team this could be a GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Clinical Advisor, a Physiotherapist, a Pharmacist or a Mental Health Practitioner. The team work closely together to meet the patient needs.
TMC will offer appointments on the day for all new problems requests. Requests for follow-up appointments with a specified clinician might take longer.
