Travel Vaccinations

Trinity Medical Centre offers a wide range of travel vaccinations, recommended when traveling to some areas outside of the UK where serious diseases are found.

Travel Vaccinations given here at the surgery are only vaccines that can be given free of charge as part of our NHS service provision. If you require any of the following vaccines you will still need to visit a travel clinic and pay for these privately. Trinity Medical Centre is NOT a Yellow Fever Centre. The nearest Yellow Fever Centre can be found on the NATHNAC website.

These vaccinations are not free on the NHS:

  • Japanese encephalitis and tick-borne encephalitis
  • meningitis vaccines
  • rabies
  • tuberculosis (TB)
  • yellow fever
  • hepatitis B

You must submit your travel risk assessment form at least 8 weeks before travel to enable us assess and administer your vaccines.
