Important Update: Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy

Due to a high number of missed appointments, we have reviewed our Did Not Attend (DNA) policy. If you miss 3 or more appointments within a 12-month period without informing us in advance, you may be at risk of being removed from our patient list.
