Please note that PATCHS requests for Trinity Medical Centre will be closed from 6:30pm tonight, Wednesday 24th December, until 8:00am on Monday 29th December.
During this time, PATCHS will not be available for submitting requests.
PATCHS will reopen as normal at 8:00am on Monday 29th December.
