The Friends & Family Test was introduced in 2015 to practices and NHS providers as a way of regularly reviewing patient satisfaction.

If you wish to complete the Friends & Family Questionnaire online you can do this below.

Every month we collate the results and submit them to NHS England. We also share our results with all practice staff so we can see where we are doing well and where we can improve. The latest results can be found below.
