Our reception team are the first point of contact for the whole surgery, they take GP appointment requests and add you to our appointment list. They are the first people you see when you visit the surgery and when you call us they are the first people you will speak to. They help with appointments, general enquiries, medication, nurse and HCA appointments and any other day to day matters that you are concerned about.
